Some backstory: a few years ago I was listening to Everything We Have, a track from Land Ho! (a record my brother and I produced together in 2010 as Binary Sea). And it suddenly occurred to me that a certain portion of the music remixed in double-time (aka 170bpm instead of 85bpm) would make for the perfect drum & bass treatment.

It took me far too long to act on this knowledge, but I’m glad I finally did…calling it, naturally, Everything We Want. I’ll let you judge the outcome for yourself; all I will say is: this puts a huge smile on my face. (How cool is it that DnB is totally “in” once again!)

And there’s more! A Mystery Wrapped in an Enigma is a throwback to my 2013 album Cross Space where I was quite taken with chillout and likewise evoking earlier electronica vibes from the 2000s. Plus a bonus track which is…a freshened-up version of the original Everything We Have.
